Wednesday, January 17, 2024 - Decanted 20 minutes before service. In the glass, clear, light-medium gold. On the nose, peaches, honeysuckle, and smoke. On the palate, a core of peach, plum, lemon, and honey, hinting at sweet fruit, before a wave of acidity, bolstered by oak, comes in to balance things out, and that balance is quite pleasing on the long, smooth finish. I wish I had a few more bottles of this.
