Tuesday, January 24, 2023 - Nicely extracted fruit of plums and red cherry with a peppery dimension and a spicy, herbal overlay. Powerful palate with an element of heat and over-extraction, unfortunately. Best paired with some heavy food. Would also double-decant to remove the sediment.
