Sunday, May 1, 2022 - Pleasant, refreshing, not too sweet. Very fleet footed, with a bit of spice, not a ton of acid but enough. Some light fresh pressed fuji apple, apricot, and a bit of spice. Ultimately a bit one-note. Hard to justify the price when there’s so many crazy good dessert wines out there.
