Apricots and honey in a glass. Would not peg this as Gewurtztraminer blind as there is no noticeable spice present. Sweet, but not cloyingly so. A nice bottle, but better value can be found elsewhere.

Absolutely loved this bottle. Shared with friends at a wine dinner. Great bottle and sadly my only one. Floral nose with apricots and a hint of nuttiness expressed on the finish. This was balanced and delicious. Wish I had purchased more.

Floral apricots, orange candy, tropical fruits, sweet baking spices and a quickly peaking acidity. Surprisingly light on the finish for such expansive flavors on the palate. Didn't feel heavy at all.
Wish the acidity extended longer, but it was a great after dinner dessert after a heavy meal of steaks. I found ~12C to be the best performance. Complexity and structure start to fall apart after a few days open. I recommend cellaring it for longer, or drinking it in a day or two if you open it now.

Classic Gewürztraminer notes of lychee, florals and apricots. Very sweet, but the acids are not quite at the level I would like. Very good, but not enough zip and energy for my tastes.

Pleasant, refreshing, not too sweet. Very fleet footed, with a bit of spice, not a ton of acid but enough. Some light fresh pressed fuji apple, apricot, and a bit of spice. Ultimately a bit one-note. Hard to justify the price when there’s so many crazy good dessert wines out there.
