Thursday, March 2, 2023 - Dinner at Iki Ramen (Iki Ramen, Los Angeles CA): The nose is fragrant and polished with classic tones of gun flint, apples, peaches, white fruits, jasmine, toast, baking spices, limes, lemon peels, and saline notes. There is excellent depth and style here that shows off the class of the wine. The Medium bodied feel is balance and deft with crisp, medium+ acidity that leans into a lengthy finish. This is really lovely now and there is plenty of room for growth over the next 3-5+ years.
