Saturday, January 18, 2020 - Drinking well now, with a yeasty palate. Nuttiness, tropical fruit (melon), stone fruit.
Balanced acidity. Lovely bubbles. Lively, good length on finish.

Hit the spot tonight, and paired well with scallops over pesto.
