Drinking well now, with a yeasty palate. Nuttiness, tropical fruit (melon), stone fruit. Balanced acidity. Lovely bubbles. Lively, good length on finish.
Hit the spot tonight, and paired well with scallops over pesto.

Nose of yeast, raspberry, peaches, and candied lemon. Tastes of green apple (almost like the Blanc de Blancs), yeast, brioche, and pear. Lingering crispness on the palate.

Yeasty and doughy notes of stonefruit, citrus, and white raspberries have a danky, earthy, basement edge. Not the most lively Schramsberg but it's rich and creamy, with an adequate bead and Meyer lemon and loquat flavors that push through the refreshing finish.

Medium body. Lovely fine bubbles. The apple and butterscotch nose follows through on the palate. Add to that yeasty brioche and a touch of meyer lemon. Good value.

Pretty straight forward notes of lemon, wet stone, some apple skin(this was only toward the end of the bottle) and bread, really energetic effervescence bordering on aggressive with the high acidity it's difficult to derive allot of flavour on the palate

The nose has some florals, candied pear and strawberries. It is rich in the mouth and has plenty of flavour but the acid sits away from the dosage a bit too much.

A pleasant sparkling. Decent foam and a user-friendly mouthfeel and profile that never offends. A good-to-go drink when you want a sparkling white on a hot evening. Paired great with crab jalapeño poppers. Drink now.

Outstanding as this wine always is. Pear, green apple, green fig, brioche and yeast. The palate is fresh, but with the pinot has added weight and body. Delicious.
