  Drinking well now, with a yeasty palate. Nuttiness, tropical fruit (melon), stone fruit.
  Balanced acidity. Lovely bubbles. Lively, good length on finish.
  
  Hit the spot tonight, and paired well with scallops over pesto.

  Nose of yeast, raspberry, peaches, and candied lemon. Tastes of green apple (almost like the Blanc de Blancs), yeast, brioche, and pear. Lingering crispness on the palate.
