Friday, January 13, 2023 - Friday Night Movie Night; 1/13/2023-1/15/2023: On the nose - more obvious oak than in the past. Something to do with the glass perhaps? The fruit is there behind it though - red fruits and a hint of cherry stone. On the palate - lovely acidity, a bit of structure to carry it, maybe a hint of spice from the oak but all is in balance. Just the thing for the last of the Christmas cheddar and Escape from New York.
