Tuesday, September 17, 2013 - The back label still says medium dry, but unlike when I last had this two years ago, this bottle was dry. What's the same is the frizzante action and bright acidity, which is perhaps a touch raw. Green apple, lime, and suggestions of peach skin and minerals. Still an exceptional value.
