Wednesday, October 2, 2013 - Trialto Old World Classics Tasting: Pours very pale and light. Initial funky almost garlicky nose quickly blows off to reveal fresh baked strawberry tart, marzipan, strawberry yogurt, and confectioners sugar. Palate is fairly rich and round leading to perhaps slightly lower perceived acid. Finish is fairly long carried on biscuit and confectioners sugar.
