Thursday, March 1, 2018 - From a 375. Color is a beautiful deep salmon. Fragrant strawberry on the nose. The bubbles here are quite assertive - perhaps a bit too much. On the palate, strawberry and lemon, finishes with a hint of sweetness. Not a lot of complexity but perfectly quaffable, not interesting enough to buy again - but loved the idea of the little splits though which sucked me in when they were offered.
