Monday, September 14, 2020 - (I’m told from a slightly older bottling). Very pale core/rim. Saline infused pale white fruits, airy whispy impression. Tight palate with good energy and length. Salty minerals and floral come through with notable acidity. Intricate for this delicate style. Very drinkable. 91+
