Friday, March 10, 2023 - Tasted blind. Enormously smoky, which is balanced by intense floral notes, like a meadow in the Spring. More tropical type of fruit such as Lichi, but not in an extracted way. Creamy palate with acidity emerging only well into the finish. A distinct wine with a strong character, but rather limited in terms of aroma profile and lacking freshness. Reminded me actually a lot of a Viognier.
