  • Tasted double blind. This might be awell-made wine, technically on a good level but. I don’t really care for all the floral and perfumy notes. It’s just not something I particularly like. Fans of the style might score it higher.

TN: Strange nose, almost sparkling, so much floral and orchard fruits. Same on the palate, some smoke, but especially lots of fruit and floral aromas, some canned fruit. Good acidity, better than what you would expect. Quite long and not too oily in texture. Definitely a well-made wine.

Decanting: Not decanted, no decanting needed.

  • Blind tasting session. 100% Grenache blanc. Rich and ripe, tropical fruit, white flowers, apple pie, good but a little too sumptuous for me.

on the palate rather bold and full bodied.

  • Tasted blind. Enormously smoky, which is balanced by intense floral notes, like a meadow in the Spring. More tropical type of fruit such as Lichi, but not in an extracted way. Creamy palate with acidity emerging only well into the finish. A distinct wine with a strong character, but rather limited in terms of aroma profile and lacking freshness. Reminded me actually a lot of a Viognier.

  • Flowers, white peach, honeydew, orange rind, pineapple and spice. Fresh, lush, round, oily, elegant and polished, the sweetness in the fruit, especially the whit peach notes stand out on the palate and in the finish. The wine is a complex blend of close to equal percentages of all 6 allowable, white wine grape varietal. The wine was produced from yields of 25 hectoliters per hectare. Drink from 2023-2033.
