Friday, July 16, 2010 - Intoxicating, honey-vanilla nose, caramel apple, white flowers, lanolin, beach sand, ans salty on the nose. On the palate, the wine is dry, very mineral, with phenolic grip and a taut texture. Very mineral driven, firm but balanced acidity, bright and orange rind/floral on the finish. Very good quality. A captivating wine.
