Sunday, September 11, 2022 - 200 Burgundy Grand Crus from vintage 2000, 4-day blind tasting (Singapore): Deep, rich, dense, dark fruit, some plum here, really top, the most dense wine in this flight, darker pitched. All the CdRs showed really well in this tasting, much better than the CSDs. Today with Global warming, CSD has come to its own.
