Thursday, September 21, 2023 - It's early to drink this. Started out with lots of tannins, rough and stayed in the mouth in a not to pleasant way.
Decanted, added air and then to the food it came. Still young, but dark berries, strong curtains and developing during the meal.
Some good cheese after the meat and the wine was really pleasant!

Let it stay in the cellar for some further time!
