Maybe still on the young side? Oak up front but it’s well integrated. Sturdy tannins, dark fruit and jam, chocolate, leather(?). Stands up to red meat like a boss.

A hearty dose of oak leads the way as expected, but this shows nice range with plenty of tension throughout. Notes of vanilla, blackberry, black currant, and espresso are met with burly tannins, giving it a rustic feel and sporting tar notes that linger on the medium finish.

It's early to drink this. Started out with lots of tannins, rough and stayed in the mouth in a not to pleasant way. Decanted, added air and then to the food it came. Still young, but dark berries, strong curtains and developing during the meal. Some good cheese after the meat and the wine was really pleasant!
Let it stay in the cellar for some further time!

Warm and very woodsy on the nose, in the old school Rioja style.
Lots of forest floor and red fruit on the palate, with mushroom, cocoa and violet accents. Really attractive. Shows typicity with echoing bitter orange peel on the aftertaste, along with balsam notes.

Unbalanced too much oak on pop n pour. Medium deep ruby, youthful looking. hi alcohol, med+ body and thicker, velvet like tannins. There is enough acid.
2nd day better. Dill coming thru, along with some stewed plumbs. still tough to get the oak outta the way.
Overall comes across as unbalanced and a bit clumsy. A bit disappointed. 83-84 pts.

Very dark, almost black with a crimson edge. A very full-bodied wine, with black fruits, burnt toast, currants, some licorice, and medium intensity. Mild acidity in mid-palate and some finishing tanning. Drank for over 3 days. Dry and seems to get drier the next day or two. Not a sipping wine, a wine for some solid grilled rib eye or scorched ribs. 89 rating for general foods but 90+ with a big steak. Good QPR but not for the casual drinker.

Deep burgundy in color with a short reddish rim.
Full bodied and soft with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing blackberries, sweet cherries, plums, espresso, sweet cedar, vanilla, spices, cola, tobacco leaf, earth, chocolates, peppercorn and herbs.
Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and pomegranates.
This is a very tasty Tempranillo from Spain. Still young, and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 10 years.
Needs a couple of hours to open up properly.
A blend of Tempranillo and Graciano. Aged for 24 months in American and French oak barrels.
I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
91 points.
$30.

Dark ruby in color with a short reddish rim, and a very elegant nose.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity and a smooth mouthfeel.
Showing red and black fruits with wood, light vanilla, tobacco, peppercorn, espresso, chocolates, earth, light vegetables and pencil lead.
Spicy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 2 hours of airtime.
Wine Spectator 92 points.
Will pair nicely with food, and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.
