Monday, March 4, 2024 - Raspberry nose with pronounced red rose aromas and a slightly sour "natural wine" funkiness. Red raspberry and red cherry palate is precise and polished, delivering a single, harmonious note, holding it for 8-10 seconds, and then flowing into the the finish of medium tannins, cranberry, light earth, and lighter red floral notes. It's a "feminine" wine that chooses balance and a focus on the fruit over complexity and power. A pleasure to drink on its own right now.
