👃Nose: Aromas of white flower, green apple, grapefruit, nuts, and toasted bread.

👅Palate: Fine bubble. Medium acidity; medium body; Good length and balance. Bright minerals with salt and stone. After one hour, it became more sweet. Drink now and it may gains complexity over the next 5 years.
