Saturday, February 3, 2024 - A bit of spritz and pretty hefty reduction at first - smells like a pineapple ina toilet, haha. Thankfully that blows off, and underneath there’s a tensile, textural white of great aromatic intrigue. Flavors shift from grapefruit to pineapple to seaspray and quartz. Medium bodied and crackling with energy. Needs time but lovely.
