Sunday, July 21, 2013 - Very hot right out of the bottle. After decanting for about an hour it improved quite a bit. Beautiful translucent color, excellent with fennel spiced salmon burgers.

7/28/2013 9:08:00 PM - Yes, it had little body and heavy alcohol taste and nose. I decanted it to see if it would help and it did.
