Wednesday, October 24, 2007 - Pale salmon pink color. Frothy mouse followed by a fine stream of small bubbles. Exuberant red fruit, mostly strawberry that is followed by a yeasty bass note. Long persistent finish. This fruit forward rose from Ambonnay has a definite sucrosity to the nose but actually is quite dry. Very fine value for $32. I will buy more. Great match with sushi rolls.
