Thursday, April 13, 2017 - Disgorged 9/2016 (50% Chardonnay 50% Pinot Noir). Served in Zalto Universals - the nose on this is really interesting. Just like the smell of strawberries when you leave them on the counter - stinky strawberry in a really good way. The color is a bright salmon that really livens up when the lights hit it. On the palate strawberry and watermelon, very light bubbles with some minerals and chalk on finish. Really nice and a pretty good value for Rose champagne. Will buy again!
