First sips had more of a yeasty (a friend called it "oxidized") taste than I prefer. After about 15-20 min in an ice bucket the yeasty taste disappeared and red apple taste seemed to take over. By the last sip and properly chilled this was nicely balanced, not sweet and not too dry, and refreshing.
