Opened, poured and let sit about 1 1/2 hrs. Then: Pretty much the same as my 3/22/2024 note. Pleasant, but not much else. My last bottle and that's OK; still some fruit left and I don't see this improving.

Opened, poured and let sit about 1/25 hrs. Then: Nose dark reddish fruit. Initial taste is dark reddish fruit; fairly balanced; acidity OK; some grippiness and warmth on the finish. Over the next 45 min, fruit stays pretty much the same/monotone; tannins a bit more noticeable on the finish; warmth on the finish recedes slightly. Approachable/drinkable now, but tannins and alcohol need more time to integrate for a better experience.

Opened, poured and let sit about 45+ min. Then: Almost nothing on the nose. Taste is pretty much the same as my 12/9/2023 note. Last bottle and at least to my taste (even without the zin profile that I like), I enjoyed this more than many of the Bedrock & Carlisle svd zins: It wasn't over-ripe or over-extracted as some of those seem to be, and the alcohol wasn't noticeable.
