Friday, August 12, 2022 - Random wines tasted during service (Oinoscent): Tasted after 50 minutes, wine not decanted
The wine shows pale brick red color.
The wine shows density, pure decadence, sweet spice notes, earthy, paprika, cumin, ripe red cherries bacon, cured meat, gamey, toast, ripe cherries
In the palate, the wine is very elegant, silky tannins, earthy, spicy, a few herbal notes, medium body and long finish.
The wine kept its character till the end proving its pedigree
