Wednesday, November 15, 2023 - Chablis (Bottega Coco): Hazelnut then ashy notes, toasty, a little biscuit, lemon smells sharp. That ashiness doesn't really translate to the palate there is a little bitterness. Non intrusive alcohol warmth, muted fruit, plenty of textured grip. Hmm to meh.
