Thursday, August 24, 2023 - Champagne Bookclub (all served blind)--Viet (La Tableau in South Coast Plaza): TCA strikes again. This was to be a bonus bottle, to close out the dinner. Served blind. The smart palates at the table flagged the TCA pretty fast. What a bummer.
