Thursday, September 12, 2019 - Medium-deeper golden color. Superb notes of apricot jam, some spiced notes, also some lactic notes and honey. It‘s medium bodied, with superb acidity (pretty high), some sweetness, minerality and plenty of tension. Good length. A superb aged Auslese from this excellent producer.
