Tuesday, November 14, 2023 - Lemon over lime backed by honey initially on the nose. Time brings a little forest floor, mushroom, tiny smidge of apricot. In the mouth juicy acidity and glycerol fatness, a little closed and tight on the back palate but opens with time to show lemon curd, honey, harmonious, rather lovely.
