90 Points

Tuesday, August 1, 2006 - I pulled this out in the middle of the week to enjoy another value offering from Chili. I was stunned when upon opening this I found this wine to be a $46 bottle. While it was very good, it certainly didn't rock my world like a Tinto de Pesquera has in the past. It was deep red and smooth and rich but was not one of those that spoke upper tier excellence in any form or fashion. It was a nice bottle that I am glad I enjoed in ignornce of its price tag, since I probably would have been greatly disappointed had I know the price while ingesting it.
