Wednesday, May 16, 2007 - Gourmet dinner and tasting at ProActive: Dark red, almost brown, typical of top Bordeaux 2003. Warm fruity intense smoked nose. Medium to full-bodied, dark berries, hedonistic warmth, loads of roasted coffee beans. Not my very best Bordeaux 2003, but certainly "up there". Great stuff. Rating: 94+.
