Monday, October 25, 2021 - Rich and brooding, as expected from Caymus, yet nicely integrated and fully composed. Plenty of black cherries, cassis, and eucalyptus on the earthy bouquet. The palate has retained its balance and structure, and its black raspberry flavors possess ample substance and complexity. Long and spicy on the tasty finish. This has peaked but it doesn't seem to be fading anytime soon.
