Monday, November 6, 2023 - Bordeaux 2021 Arrivage Tasting (Dolder Grand, Zurich): Fresh aroma profile, especially for a young Sauternes. Candid apricot, fresh mineral layer and fresh herbs. Rather low intensity overall, but precise and nuanced. Creamy texture with acidity adding a splash of much needed freshness into the finish.
