Thursday, August 4, 2022 - Jason’s ‘top’ village Burgundy (67 Pall Mall, London): Garnet in colour and with a to die for nose that was quite linear but so good all the same showing essence of wild raspberry. Powdery tannins and on the red fruit with great purity and blossomed in the glass showing its class. Drinking well and will keep for some time. Naughty to say... but think I marginally preferred the 2019 drunk recently! From Zalto Burgundy.
