Sunday, November 22, 2015 - Tasted at a dinner and paired lovely with lamb roast and white truffle potatoe mash. Quite closed upon opening, after 2,5hrs decant far more expressive and enjoyable. Still somewhat youthful with prominent (although fading) fruit and acidity. Deep and still some tough tannins left. At the same time definitely evolved, but think it needs some more years to get through to next stage where this wine will for sure elevate.
