Sunday, July 17, 2022 - No notes taken. This wine is now at its absolute peak and wont get any better. On the nose and palate the signature Barolo aromas are all there, the fruit core is still impressive and wonderfully balanced by all the tertiary aromas. Good aromatic precision. The wine still has lots of tension, still a bit muscular yet has beautifully come together with well-rounded tannins, a good acidity, a creaminess that brings it all together. Easily 94/95 pts.

Decanting: This doesn‘t need air. Good from the go.
