Thursday, November 22, 2007 - A lovely surprise of sorts. There was a fine stream of small bubbles. Nose of chalk with faint pleasant citrus overtones. Bone dry, minerally, again just the lightest kiss of fruit which seemed to gain depth as it got a little warmer. Seemed a tad expensive in the store compared to comparably priced Champagne, but not at all once the bottle was quickly drained.
