Saturday, April 20, 2013 - Decanted through a Vinturi two hours prior to tasting. A strongly herbaceous nose follows through to the palate. Soft and mid-weight, the sage, bay, and underbrush are too persistent for the struggling fruit to emerge. Turns out to be the little train who couldn't, but still, a nicely made and enjoyable bottle.
