Saturday, April 27, 2024 - Opened 90 min before drinking. Initially, it was very light, almost thin. Got much better over the evening.
Very pleasant, great food old burg. Fruit forward, with raspberry and cherry, with a medium finish. In my experience, Groffier is an outstanding producer.
