Monday, January 19, 2009 - Extremely aromatic with floral and citrus; light-moderate yellow color. Little or no oak and light body. Great balance of citrus and fruit, but not bold enough for the roasted chicken meal. Compared with a classic CA oaked Chard and was amazed. This has darker color, WAY more nose, and fruitier and acidic taste.
