Thursday, November 3, 2022 - 2022 Excellent Burgundy Adventure; 10/31/2022-11/6/2022 (Burgundy): Barrel Tasting - Already very expressive, beautiful delicious black fruit, blackberry, blackberry juice, very floral, smoke, light caramel, sweet spices and earth. Very good concentration, beautiful layered, especially at the village level, silky and fluid, excellent balance, perfect amount of acidity, earthy mineral, and a long generous sweet black fruit driven finish with a hint of smoke at the end. Truly excellent village wine that will show well upon release.
