Monday, January 8, 2024 - Pale pink salmon in color & a steady mousse. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of strawberries, raspberries & citrus notes with lovely floral & yeasty notes, stony & minerals undertones in the background. Medium light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of sweet strawberries, raspberries and citrus with some yeastiness, spices & minerals. Lingering crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present but it may develop further with additional aging at which time it may merit a higher score (93+).
