90 Points

Thursday, February 22, 2024 - This pours light straw in the glass with a faint green tinge. Aromas are of struck flint, oyster shell, cold cream, and fresh cut lemon. The palate is linear and crisp with bright lemon juice, acid is focused and medium plus, with a finish that lingers nicely showing lemon, oyster shell and white flowers. All in all this is a lean and crisp white burgundy, more reminiscent of Chablis than something from the Cote d'Or in my opinion, though there is some semblance of Pulingy here. Nonetheless it is quite beautiful and thoroughly enjoyable.
