  • Fersken, gule epler, sitrus, smør og fat. Denne liker jeg!

  • Olivier Leflaive's Les Sétilles Bourgogne Blanc is sourced from approximately sixty selected plots located in the village of Puligny-Montrachet and in Meursault, as well as three plots in the Côte Chalonnaise and ten in the Hautes Côte de Beaune. Aged for 14 months in a combination of oak barrels (90%; 10% new) and stainless steel tanks (10%), it is a limpid, straw-colored Chardonnay that flaunts an attractive aromatic array of Mandarin oranges, yellow peaches, Bosc pears, honeysuckle and wet stones. Medium-bodied, freshly acidic, seamlessly alcoholic (13%) and with subtle oak, it delivers flavors mirroring the nose and stays solid on the mid-palate. Medium-to-long and crisp on the back end, this is an enjoyable, unpretentious white Burgundy that should provide pleasure over the next five years. Drink now-2029.

  • This pours light straw in the glass with a faint green tinge. Aromas are of struck flint, oyster shell, cold cream, and fresh cut lemon. The palate is linear and crisp with bright lemon juice, acid is focused and medium plus, with a finish that lingers nicely showing lemon, oyster shell and white flowers. All in all this is a lean and crisp white burgundy, more reminiscent of Chablis than something from the Cote d'Or in my opinion, though there is some semblance of Pulingy here. Nonetheless it is quite beautiful and thoroughly enjoyable.

  • Nok en god utgave av denne. Pent men markant eiket hvit burgunder med korrekte aromaer, ganske sjenerøs fennikelspice i glasset. Flott syrestruktur. Godt kjøp og god allround hvit burgunder

  • Best just after opening, with citrus, white flowers, and a hint of brioche. More fruity than mineral. As time went on the oak came out more and the wine became simpler and less interesting.
