Wednesday, September 15, 2010 - Medium ruby, lovely oaky, salal nose. Dry with drying tannins, medium body, blackberry, cassis with enough acid for a good food wine, sopresseto and sharp cheese. Two night later, very smooth with just the right amount of fruit and acid balance, tannins for a nice finish. Up a point.
