Tuesday, June 17, 2008 - Lots and lots of tobacco, coffee, earthiness when first opened. Some blackberry started showing through after being open 30-40 minutes and the mouth feel smoothed out nicely. Very nice balance with a smoked chicken & rice dish. Kind of wish I had another bottle.
