Wednesday, May 18, 2016 - Pop and poured, and very impressed with how well this wine showed. The aromas were quite pure and expressive, showing some tropical fruit flavors and a nice richness. The palate texture was perhaps the best part as it was very smooth, lush, and pure, with a impressive creamy texture. The flavors on the palate were smooth and soft, with just a bit of minerality and white fruits present. The finish shows hints of minerality and acidity. Throughout, this was very smooth and drinkable. Really enjoyable.
